The Lata Mangeshkar was Born to a Middle Class Family. The father was a Classical Singer and Theater Actor.And Mother was a Housewife. And from Childhood only Lata Mangeshkar was Attracted to her's father Singing. So Started Learning Singing from her father from Childhood. And Father of Lata also saw that Lata has got a Nice Voice.At the age of 5 Lata Mangeshkar Started doing Small Roles in the Musical Drama of father.
The Lata Mangeshkar had so Love for Singing. That she used to sing in School Class. For Which Lata Mangeshkar got Scolded by Teacher for it. So because of this Lata Mangeshkar Leaved the School forever.As the Lata Mangeshkar was Learning Singing from her Father. After Sometime at the Age of 13,Lata Mangeshkar lost her Father. As Deenanath Mangeshkar Died due to a Heart Problem.

And Master Vinayak Started looking for Singing Job for Lata. And got first Break in Marathi Language Film Kiti Hasaal, for Song Naachu Yaa Gade.And then a Hindi Song,Mata Ek Sapoot ki Duniya Nadal de tu. But the Main Film's Work were done in Mumbai at that Time. So Lata Mangeshkar had to Move from her Native Place to Mumbai for Work in 1945.
And there also Started taking Teaching of Singing from Ustad Aman Ali Khan. In this time,also done a Small Roles in Bollywood Movie,Badi Maa. But In this Got Another Shocking News that the Master Vinayak had Died who was a Great Support to there Family. But while looking for Work Got Introduced to Ghulam Haider. Who was a Admirer of Lata Mangeshkar Singing and Voice.
And Ghulam Haider Introduced Lata Mangeshkar to Many Films Producer. But Many Producers Rejected Lata Mangeshkar by Saying that her Voice was Very Thin. And by this Ghulam Haider got very Annoyed. And told all Producers that,they will Beg One day and there will be Line of People for Lata Mangeshkar to Sing for there Films.And by Trying for many years.
The Lata Mangeshkar Got Big Break in 1948 for film Majboor, and Song was Dil Mera Toda,Mujhe Kahin ka Nahi Choda. Which was a Great Hit Song. And after this Lata Mangeshkar Never looked back in her Life. And Kept on Singing for Many film's. And this all Songs were Great Hits. And People were becoming a Great Fan of a Peaceful Voice of Lata Mangeshkar.
And now Lata Mangeshkar was Working with all Great Music Directors of that Time. Like Shankar Jai Kishan,Naushad Ali,S.D Burman and many. And with them done a Great Songs which became Big Hits. But as there was a Great Sucess,there was a Great Danger also from other people. As in 1962,One day Lata Mangeshkar became Very Sick. And Came to Know that Lata was Given a Slow Poison Daily in her food by Her Home Cook.Who Runned after this Incident from Home.
And after this,Lata Mangeshkar was Critical for 3 Days. But at last Saved by Doctors. And after 3 Months of Bed Rest, Lata Mangeshkar became fully Healthy.And Started Singing again in Films. After Sometime Lata Mangeshkar Produced Many Songs Album's and also being Music Director for Many Film's.The Lata Mangeshkar Won many Indian Government Awards for Contribution in Music. Like India's Highest Civilian Award, Bharat Ratna Award.
Now the Lata Mangeshkar became Worldwide famous for her Voice and Songs. The Legion of Honour Award,a Highest Civilian Award of France was Given by France Government in 2007. The Lata Mangeshkar became first Indian to Perform in Royal Albert Hall. Also Won many Filmfare Awards for her Songs.
The Lata Mangeshkar had Sung Songs in Over 36 Regional Languages and foreign Languages. Had Sung for Over Thousands of Films. The Lata Mangeshkar had a Guinness World Record in her Name of Singing more then 30,000 Solo Songs by an Artist.
