     The Dashrath Manjhi was born to a Very Poor Family. The Father use to do Laborer Work. And the Village from were Manjhi belonged was also a Very  Backward Village. Where there was No School,No Hospital,No Shops,No Water and No Electricity. So by Seeing this as there was no Future in this Village. The Dashrath Manjhi left the Village. And gone to other Cities were he would work at Coal Mines.
     But after Many Years of Working came back to the village.But the Village didn't Change, it was as Backward it was when he Left that Village. After Sometime Dashrath Manjhi Got Married to a Girl Falguni. And Started working as Agriculture Laborer. Everything was Going on fine. As one Incident took Place which Shaken his Life.
     As One day Dashrath Manjhi was working in Farm. His Wife used to go to farm on Afternoon daily to give Dashrath Manjhi a Lunch food she made daily. But she had to go through Mountain to reach there. And One day while Traveling through Mountain, Dashrath Manjhi Wife's Leg got Slipped and she fell off the Mountain.In Which she got Seriously Injured and Died.
     This Incident was very Shocking for Dashrath Manjhi. As he Used to Love his Life Very Much. As in this Incident the Injury of Dashrath Manjhi Wife Could have been Treated. And the Life of Dashrath Manjhi Wife can also be saved. But due to no Medical Clinic and Hospital in Village.The Life of his Wife couldn't be saved. And Near by Hospital was to Next Town. But due to no Road and due to Mountain Around them it takes more then 20 Hours to Reach.
     So After Some Days the Dashrath Manjhi had Thinking on this Issue.And he came to this Answer that the Life of his Wife Could have been Saved if there was a Road. So Dashrath Manjhi decided to do Something about it.And decided to Cut the Mountain Alone and build a road between them which connect to other Towns. So Started Cutting Mountain Alone with Hammer and Iron Utensils.
     By seeing this all people of Village Started Laughing on Dashrath Manjhi. And Started calling him Mad and made fun of him. But Dashrath Manjhi didn't care what People were Saying about him. And Carried on his Daily Work of Cutting Mountain Alone. And Carried on this work Continuously for 22 Years. And got Sucessfull in Cutting the Mountain and building a Road between them.
     The Dashrath Manjhi Alone Carved a Path of 110 Meter Long,9.1 Meter Wide and 7.7 Meter Deep through Ridge of Hills with only Hammer and Chisel.By this 22 years of work Dashrath Manjhi shortened the Distance between Atri and Wazirganj from 55 Km to 15 Km. And made whole Travelling Distance to Hospital from 24 Hours to 1 Hour.
     All the People of Village were very Surprised by this. And now the People from all other villages and Town were coming to See the Road Built by Dashrath Manjhi. And this became very useful for his Village people. As now the School Distance came to 3 Km only for the Dashrath Manjhi Villages Children. And now his Village was connected to other Town and Villages.
     The Road Built by Dashrath Manjhi is now useful for 60 Villages Around them. The Road was Completed during 1960 to 1982 Years of frame Time. And now the Village People life also Changed due to this. And now the Local Government also had Given the Name to that Road of Dashrath Manjhi. And had Became famous for his Motivational Story.

     From this Moment Sandeep Singh Started Playing Hockey and Started  Loving the Game Very much.And became Excellent in Hockey Game.Mostly got Famous for his fast Penalty Corner's Goals. And also got Selected for Under 19 Team of India. In which Sandeep Singh was a Leading Goal Scorer in Tournament and Won Asia Cup for India.

As there was Serious Injury to Spine which Palaryzed the Half body like his both Legs. It was very Shocking for Sandeep Singh.
    There was no Mistake of Sandeep Singh. But then also he had to suffer this. So Sandeep Singh called his Brother and asked him to bring his Hockey Stick. Which he would keep with him self in Bed all time. And Promised Himself that he will again get on his feet and Play for Indian Team Again.
     Then for further Treatment  Sandeep Singh Moved to London. Where the Treatment of 6 Months took Place. The Treatment was Painfull but Suceesfull.And started Trying Walking Slowly. Many times Sandeep fall down and Injured Himself.But the Will Power of Sandeep Singh was so High that. He Kept on Trying again and again. And Made Impossible thing Possible.
     And after Returning from London, Sandeep Singh was Walking by Himself. But Sandeep Singh Goal was to Play for India. And got to Prove his Fitness. She Kept on Trying by doing Home Medicines and Daily Massages of Legs. And Wilma Rudolph used to wear Leg Brace and Orthopedic Shoes for Support Still 12 Years Old.
     The Wilma Rudolph was mostly Home Schooled due to Frequent Illness. But After Sometime Attended Clarksville Black Burt High School. Where Wilma used to Watch other Childrens Play and Run. She also had Wish to Run and Play.
And other people used to make Joke of her Polio. One day Wilma gone to Attend 1 Sports Meeting. Where the Professor and other Childrens made fun of her.

     The Mary Kom belonged to a Very Poor Family. The father of Mary Kom was a Ordinary farmer.And the Mary Kom belonged to the Remote Area of India. Where there was No Electricity,No basic facilities and No Proper House. Then also Mary Kom Achieved everything she wanted. The Mary Kom Completed her basic Education in Loktak Christian Model School.
     But there were no fully 1 to 10 th Education Provider School. So Afterwards had to Join other School named Saint Xavier Catholic School for further Studies. Where She Participated in all Athletic Games, Mainly in Running and Javelin Throw. But in 1998 Dingko Singh a Person from Manipur won Gold in Bangkok Asian Games.
     By Which Mary Kom got Inspired and Interested in Boxing. And Started Boxing Practice.After that for 9 th and 10 th Education had to take Admission in other School in Adimjati. But was not able to Pass the Entrance Exam. So Leaved the High School. And Cleared Examination from NIOS.
     Then Mary Kom Concentrated on Making Carrier in Boxing. So Leaved the Hometown and Joined Sports Academy in Imphal. But Mary Kom had to keep the Boxing Secret. As Mary father was Against her's Boxing. As Mary would Injured her Self.And no body would Marry her. And most of the Society and People were Against the Girls Going to School and Participating in Sports.
     So Mary Kom Started Training under K.Kosana Meitei in Imphal at age of 15. At first Mary was Rejected for Training by Coach as she was not Physically Fit and was Short in Height also. But Mary after Rejection also Stayed there. So by Seeing the Passion and Determination for Boxing Mary Kom was Selected.
     After Sometime when People Known that Mary Kom was in Boxing. Many People bullied her and no One Supported her. And the Family Members were also Against it. But Mary Kom Neglected it and Stayed Concentrated on her Boxing. And done many Hard Training Daily. And Won State Boxing Championship. After which Mary got Famous and Had Photo on Newspaper. By which Mary father, family and People Supported her.
     Then Mary Kom Never looked back, Won Gold in 2002 World Boxing Championship,Won Gold in 2003 Asian Championship and Won Gold in 2005 World Championship. Now the Mary Kom became World Famous. And in 2005 Mary Kom got Married to a Football Player.
     Many People thought that Now the Carrier of Mary Kom is over. But Mary got Support from her Husband. By which Mary Won Gold in 2006 World Championship Again. But after sometime had given Birth to 2 Twins Children. Again People thought that Now the Boxing Carrier is over of Mary Kom. But after taking some Gap Mary Kom Started Training Again.
     And Mary Kom was again in the Boxing Ring. And after doing Hard Training. Mary kom won Gold in 2008,2010 and 2018 World Boxing Championship. And Gold in 2010 in Asian Boxing Championship.And Won Gold in Common Wealth Games.And Won Bronze Medal in 2012 Summer Olympics.
     The Mary Kom became World Boxing Champion after becaming Mother of 3 Children. This Passion for Boxing was Unbelievable for World.Now the Age of Mary Kom is 37,but Still Present in the Boxing Ring.      The Henry Ford was born to Poor Family. As his father was an Ordinary farmer. In Childhood only, Henry Ford was Interested in Mechanical things. At age of 15 Henry father Brought him a Watch. And Henry Ford Dismantle the Watch many Times. And make it Proper Again. And Henry Ford Completed his School Education in his Village. But couldn't do forward Studies due to Financial Conditions at House.
     In 1876, Henry Ford Mother died due to Illness. This was very Shocking to Loose Mother at very Small Age. And Henry father wanted Henry to become a Ordinary farmer like him. But Henry Ford was not Interested in Farming,he wanted to do something different and Big in his Life.
     So the Henry Ford Leaved the House in 1879 at the Age of 16. And Started working as Apprentice Mechanical in Detroit Company. In 1882 Returned home to work in family farm. Where he got Job of Servicing of Steam Engines in Westing House.Also taken Education of Book keeping in Business College.
     The Henry Ford used to do Experiments at his Farm Workshop all Nigh. Ford wanted to Create Horse Riding Cars without the Horse. Also built Car which can Run on Steam Engines. But later found out that the Boilers can be Dangerous in it. There were many Cars Company at that time. But the Cars produced by them were only can be Buyed by Rich People.
     And Henry Ford wanted to Create Cars which can be Buyed by all Type of People. Like Middle Class and Poor People also.The Henry Ford used to Enjoy the Job of Servicing Work at Steam Engine Company. And Later Working for many years Ford became Senior Engineer there. But his all Earned Money were going in his Experiments.
     In 1896 after many trials, Invented his First Car. And Started that Car at 3 AM Night in Rain. Which Sucessfully Runned on the Street.After sometime he Sold that Car. And with that Money Started New Company named Detroit Automobile. And Sold 25 Cars. But due to More Expenses and financial Loss. The Company had to be Closed.
     In 30, November,1901 Started One more Company with Partnership with some his Rich Friends. But After Sometime there was a Conflicts between them over Selling of cars.As Ford friends wanted to Sell that Cars to Rich People's at High Prices. But Ford was Against this, he wanted to Sell cars at Reasonable Prices.
     So that Company was also Closed After Sometime. In 16,June,1903 Opened New Company Named Ford. And that Car also Participated in Racing Event. In Which Ford car Model 999 Came First in that Race. By Which the Ford Car became Famous in World.And in 1908 made T Model Car which was Very Suceesfull in Market. And made a Huge Profits.
     The Ford Company Sold Lakhs of  T Models Cars. The Ford also made Partnership with Edison to build a Good Car. But due to High Expenses on Making,it was Cancelled.Now,The Half of Americans were using Ford Cars. As it was under the Budget of Middle Class People's also.
     After Sometime Ford also got in to Airplane Making Business, Sold some Planes. But due to Poor Sales and Depression in Economy at that Time. The Ford had to Close the Business. And Concentrated on its Cars Business Only. Now the Ford Company and Ford Cars were all over the World.
     The Henry Ford used to take Good Care of his Company Workers also.Henry Ford used to Pay High Wages to his Workers. And also used to give Bonus to his Workers. The Ford Company Workers were Highest Paid Workers at that Time from other Companies. The Henry Ford also Brought Down the One Car Making Time from 11 Hour's to 1 Hour by Creating Circle Technique of Making Cars.

     The William Colgate belonged to a Middle Class family. As his Parents were Farmers. The father of William Colgate a Robert Colgate was a Farmer. But also Used to Participating in Politics also. Due to some Issues with other Politicians. The Robert Colgate had to move from Great Britain to Maryland, U.S. with family.
     It was very Difficult to Start again in other New Country. But Robert Colgate Started working again. And done many Jobs. But After Sometime Robert Colgate done Partnership with Ralph Maher and started factory were they Produced  Candles and Soap. And in this William Colgate also supported his Father in Business.
     But the Business got failed and it was Closed in 2 years. Which caused Huge financial Losses to Colgate family. And Robert Colgate again got in to Farming. But the financial situation was very Bad. Due to which William Colgate got out of the House at the Age of 16.As he wanted to do something in Life.So Started looking for Job.
     After doing many Part times job, William Colgate got Job in New York in 1804 as a Worker in Soap factory. Where William Colgate learned many things about Business. Like it's reasons for Losses,Profits and Management. The William Colgate always had wanted to has his Own business.

     The Childhood of Oprah Winfrey was very Hard. As she was a Child with no father, as her mother got Pregnant in Teenage Age. And her father didn't care about them. But Oprah Mother took care of her as she can. But the financial situation of her Mother was also not good. So After 6 years the Oprah was sent to her Grandmother.
     But Oprah Winfrey Grandmother was also poor. The financial situation was so bad they didn't had Good clothes to wear. So Oprah was dressed a Clothes made of Potatoes Sack's. For which other children would make fun of them. Oprah had also had to do begging for food and done Stealing of food also.
     But after sometime Oprah was Returned by Grandmother to her Mother as she got illness. And Oprah mother used to work as Household Worker in many People Houses for her Daily Earnings. So Oprah used to Live Lonely in House. By Which many Relatives Molested Oprah Winfrey at 9 to 13 Years of Age. But because of being Scared and feared Oprah didn't told Anybody.

     The Journey Started at America were the Wright Brothers were born. In this Orville Wright was born on 19, August,1871 in Dayton, Ohio. And 2nd Brother, Wilbur Wright was Born on 16 April 1867 in Millville, Indiana. There Dad was a Father in Church. So they belonged to a Middle Class Family.
     In both Brothers Wilbur Wright was good in Studies and Sports. But Orville Wright was not Good in Studies.So was Suspended from School many times. In 1878 Wright's father Brought them a Helicopter Top.Which got both Brothers Interested in making Invention of flying Machine. But one day while Playing with that Toy. The Toy got broken. But the Wright Brothers opened it.And had Repaired the Toy by themselves.
     After Sometime both Brother's had Attended High Schools but didn't got any Diploma in any field. So Orville Wright after Completing Education got in to a Printing Business. While Wilbur Wright was in Ice Hockey Sports. But in One Game Wilbur Wright got so Injured that he was out of Field for many Months.And broken his all Teeth also.
     So after Sometime Wilbur Wright also Joined his brother Printing Business. In 1889,both Wright Brothers opened New business of Newspaper named West Side News. But the business failed and they got in to Losses. So they tried other business also but it didn't work.
     So the Wright Brothers got back to there's Printing Business. But there also they Started to have Losses. At that time, the Bicycle was Introduced Newly to the World. So Wright Brothers got in to Making Cycle and Selling Business. Which got them a Good profit and made a Good Money.
      So the Wright Brothers Started working on there Childhood Dreams of Making Flying Machine. So Started Studying Aeronautics Books and New Inventions. By Seeing Wright Brothers Work on Flying Machine. Many People used to Laugh on them and said that it was a Waste of Money and Impossible.
     But Wright Brothers didn't Care about that. Many other People had texted building a Flying Machine. But didn't had Success. As the Wright Brothers had Previous Experience of Machinery in Printing and Cycle business. It help them in there Inventions. And they use to observe the Birds how they fly in sky in all directions.
     In 1902 done many Experiments of Flying Airplane. But was not 100 percent Ready for Flying. So after many development  in 17, December,1903 first Airplane was Sucessfully made flying in North Carolina. But it was carrying only single person. But after risk free flying of there Airplanes and many advanced development. It was Sold to American Army for 30,000 $.
     But after Increasing demand from Whole World. The Wright Brothers Started there own Company of Making Air Planes named Wright Brothers in 1909. Where Wilbur Wright was a President and Orville Wright was Vice president of Company. The Wright Brothers also Invented first Aircraft Control also. Which made easy to Control the Airplane and which is used now also.
     After sometime in 1912 Wilbur Wright died due to Typhoid. So now whole company was seen by Brother Orville Wright. But in 1915 Orville Wright sold the Company and Started working in Company Management. And then after Many years of Successful Career in Company by making new Inventions and development in Aeronautics field. He also died in 30 January,1948.
