     The M.S Dhoni belonged to a Middle Class Family. His father was Working as Junior Management Position in MECON firm.And Mother was a Housewife. M.S.Dhoni was Interested Mostly in Football and Badminton Games in School.But his father was Against Playing Sports,and often told him to Concentrate Only on School Education. The M.S.Dhoni was Studying in Jawahar Vidya Mandir School in Ranchi.
     But Dhoni kept on Participating in Sports like Football and Badminton in School. And was in a School Team of Football as a Goal Keeper. And also Participated in Club Games and District Competition. But One day School Cricket Team Required Wicketkeeper for there Team Urgently. So Cricket Coach Saw M.S.Dhoni doing Goalkeeping. And was Impressed by that. So Selected M.S.Dhoni as a Wicketkeeper for School Cricket Team.
     And while Playing Cricket,M.S.Dhoni Liked the Game very much. And Day by Day became Master of the Game. The M.S.Dhoni is a Right Hand Batsmen.And became famous for his Huge Sixes in a Game. And was Progressing in Game Day by Day.And Started Participating in Big League Matches in Bihar like CCL.But M.S.Dhoni Dream was to Play for India.
     After Sometime, while Playing in CCL League. The Ex Vice President of Bihar Cricket Association Saw the Batting of M.S.Dhoni.And was very Impressed by Batting.So he Given the Dhoni Name for Ranjhi Trophy Team for Bihar.But was not Selected in first place.But After sometime M.S.Dhoni got Selected for State Team.
     And M.S.Dhoni made Ranjhi Trophy debut for Bihar in 1999-2000.And in this also got a Job of Travelling Ticket Examiner Job at Kharagpur Railway Station.Which was a Government Job. And M.S.Dhoni father was very Happy by this Job. But due to this Job M.S.Dhoni was not able to Give Time for Cricket Matches and Practice. Which was his Passion.
     After working for 2 to 3 Years.It was Becoming Very Hard for M.S.Dhoni to Balance both Work and Cricket. So he had to Choose One thing between them.And his Family and Many People were Against the Dhoni Leaving the Job.But M.S.Dhoni made a Choice, that was Cricket and Leaved the Job.And Started Concentrating fully on Cricket.And Started Playing Matches for State,but after Scoring Good Runs in Ranjhi Trophy.      This is a Motivating Story of a Person who Created a Great Company Called MDH Masala. The Journey Started at Sialkot,Punjab,India were Mahashay Dharampal Gulati was Born on 27,March,1923.
     The Mahashay Dharampal Gulati was Born to a Middle Class Family.And At that Time there was British Rule in India. The Mahashay Gulati father had a Small Shop of Selling Spices and Masala and Mother was a Housewife.The Mahashay Gulati from Childhood only,was not Interested in Education.So had to Drop Out from School,when he was in 5th Class of School.
     So from Childhood only Mahashay Dharampal Gulati started going on Father's Shop of Spices.And Helped Father in Business.But in this,One Big Incident Took Place. That was a Partition of India after getting Independence. Due to which Mahashay Dharampal Gulati family had to Shift to India.And Leave the House and Shop in Pakistan.This was a Very Tough Time for them.As they had to Leave there Native Place. And now they were Homeless.
     The Mahashay Dharampal Gulati and his family were now Staying in Refugee Camp in Amritsar.There was a Major Financial Crisis ,as Everything was Lost in Partition of India. So Mahashay Dharampal Gulati and family Members came to Delhi for Searching Job. But Everywhere they got, was a Rejection.
     So Mahashay Dharampal Gulati took a Loan of Money. And Bought a Horse Riding Vehicle to Use as a Taxi.And used to Ride a Passenger in Delhi from One Place to Another. But the Business got failed.As there was not Enough Earnings for there Daily Livelihood from that Business.So there was another failure.
     But Mahashay Dharampal Gulati didn't Give Up. In 1948, Mahashay Dharampal Gulati got Idea of Starting there Old Business of Spices and Masala. So Again by taking a Loan Started Small shop of Selling Spices and Masala in Delhi.And in this Mahashay Gulati got Sucess. So After Sometime Opened One More Shop in Delhi. And Day by Day the Selling of Spices and Masala kept on Increasing.
     So in 1954 Mahashay Dharampal Gulati Opened India's First Modern Masala Store. And in 1959 Opened a Factory named MDH. And as the Demand kept on Increasing the MDH Masala was now Selling Masala in Whole India.And it became Famous mostly for all types Rediment Powder of Spice Powders like Turmeric, Chillies,Pepper and Many other Types.And now the MDH Masala is Exported to More then 100 Countries like USA,Japan, Switzerland, European countries E.T.C.
     The Age of Mahashay Dharampal Gulati is Now 92. But Still Now he is the CEO of the Company. And company is Operated by Him Mostly.The Mahashay Gulati does Many Charity work also like he has a 250 Bed Hospital.Where Poor People has free Treatment.And also had built Many Schools for Poor People Children's Education.The Mahashay Dharampal Gulati is the Highest Salary Getter of 25 Crore in India.      This is a Motivating Story of a Person who Broke whole Mountain and Created a Road from it by Himself. The Journey begins at Gehlaur,Bihar,India. Where Dashrath Manjhi was born on 14, January,1929.
     The Dashrath Manjhi was born to a Very Poor Family. The Father use to do Laborer Work. And the Village from were Manjhi belonged was also a Very  Backward Village. Where there was No School,No Hospital,No Shops,No Water and No Electricity. So by Seeing this as there was no Future in this Village. The Dashrath Manjhi left the Village. And gone to other Cities were he would work at Coal Mines.
     But after Many Years of Working came back to the village.But the Village didn't Change, it was as Backward it was when he Left that Village. After Sometime Dashrath Manjhi Got Married to a Girl Falguni. And Started working as Agriculture Laborer. Everything was Going on fine. As one Incident took Place which Shaken his Life.
     As One day Dashrath Manjhi was working in Farm. His Wife used to go to farm on Afternoon daily to give Dashrath Manjhi a Lunch food she made daily. But she had to go through Mountain to reach there. And One day while Traveling through Mountain, Dashrath Manjhi Wife's Leg got Slipped and she fell off the Mountain.In Which she got Seriously Injured and Died.
     This Incident was very Shocking for Dashrath Manjhi. As he Used to Love his Life Very Much. As in this Incident the Injury of Dashrath Manjhi Wife Could have been Treated. And the Life of Dashrath Manjhi Wife can also be saved. But due to no Medical Clinic and Hospital in Village.The Life of his Wife couldn't be saved. And Near by Hospital was to Next Town. But due to no Road and due to Mountain Around them it takes more then 20 Hours to Reach.
     So After Some Days the Dashrath Manjhi had Thinking on this Issue.And he came to this Answer that the Life of his Wife Could have been Saved if there was a Road. So Dashrath Manjhi decided to do Something about it.And decided to Cut the Mountain Alone and build a road between them which connect to other Towns. So Started Cutting Mountain Alone with Hammer and Iron Utensils.

     The Dashrath Manjhi Alone Carved a Path of 110 Meter Long,9.1 Meter Wide and 7.7 Meter Deep through Ridge of Hills with only Hammer and Chisel.By this 22 years of work Dashrath Manjhi shortened the Distance between Atri and Wazirganj from 55 Km to 15 Km. And made whole Travelling Distance to Hospital from 24 Hours to 1 Hour.
     All the People of Village were very Surprised by this. And now the People from all other villages and Town were coming to See the Road Built by Dashrath Manjhi. And this became very useful for his Village people. As now the School Distance came to 3 Km only for the Dashrath Manjhi Villages Children. And now his Village was connected to other Town and Villages.
     The Road Built by Dashrath Manjhi is now useful for 60 Villages Around them. The Road was Completed during 1960 to 1982 Years of frame Time. And now the Village People life also Changed due to this. And now the Local Government also had Given the Name to that Road of Dashrath Manjhi. And had Became famous for his Motivational Story.
     So this is a Motivating Story of Dashrath Manjhi who made Impossible Thing Possible.Faced all Difficulties in Life. But faced with Positive Attitude. And Created Road from a Mountain.      The Rowan Atkinson was born to a Middle Class Family. As his father was a Ordinary farmer and Mother was a Housewife. In Childhood Rowan was very Shy Child. And had a Problem while Talking of Stammering. By which many people and kids in Childhood use to Make Fun of his Stammering. So Rowan Atkinson had Very Less friends.
     The Rowan Atkinson used to Watch Comedy Shows on Television. From this he got Interested in Acting. Many time Rowan Atkinson Tried to Participate in School Drama Shows. But was Rejected and made fun of His Looks. Many Times other Children used to Call him Alien. But Rowan Atkinson didn't care about that. And Concentrated on his Education.
     The Rowan Atkinson Completed School from Durham Choristers School.Then Completed Degree in Electronic Engineering from Newcastle University.
